Every team will be responsible for 2 timers for the duration of the meet. The assignments will be posted before the Invitational. They will also be included in the Coaches' Meet Packet.

ENTRIES: Each swimmer may swim 5 individual events, 1 medley and 1 freestyle relay.

Swimmer’s age on May 1^st will be used to determine their age group, but any number of swimmers may move up to fill relays.

Deck entries will be permitted only to fill open lanes. New heats will not be created.

Deck entries will be taken until 15 minutes before the start of the session.

All events are timed finals.

ENTRY FEES: $4.00 per individual event and $6.00 per relay event. Deck entries will be $6.00 per individual event $10.00 per relay event.

Trophies for high point in each age group, both boys and girls. Individual swim ups do not score for high point.

OFFICALS AND TIMERS: Our team has a limited number of officials and parents. Each team will be required to provide at least two timers and 1 official.

BULLPEN: There will be a morning bullpen only. There will not be a bullpen in the afternoon session.

Coaches' packets will be available at
morning warm-ups. Meet Procedures: All events will be computer pre-seeded.
Swimmers may swim up to a higher age group. The USA Swimming Handbook
governs this meet (with league modifications). All events will be timed
finals. A reminder that warm-ups are "feet first in a cautious fashion"
until the lane changes to one-way sprints.}
